The engine, explained.

Most failed product launches fall at one of three points. We've built a pillar for each.

Pillar 1

Product Studio

Before we write a word, we run your niche through a 40-point profitability score. We scan 30+ competing products and build a real price ladder: what they charge, what they promise, where the gap is.

The score has four axes:

  • Pain: how urgent and felt is the problem your audience has?
  • Trend: is demand for a solution growing or declining?
  • Purchasing power: can your audience buy something at a price that works for both of you?
  • Speed to result: can your product deliver a result the buyer feels quickly enough to trust it?

If the total score says no, we tell you no. We'd rather lose a $297 setup fee than build a product into a niche that won't support it. We only earn when you earn. That keeps us honest.

If it says yes, we build.

We extract your voice from content you've already published: posts, captions, videos, voice notes. We build a Creator DNA profile: your specific language, your content pillars, the questions your audience keeps asking you. The product is built from that profile, not from a template.

Every factual claim in the product gets labelled: HIGH confidence (cited source, verifiable), MED confidence (well-supported but less specific), or LOW confidence (assertion without a strong source). Low-confidence claims get revised or cut before the draft goes to you.

The result reads like you wrote it on your best day. Because it was built from the material you've already made, checked against sources, and reviewed by a human at every stage.

Pillar 2

Creative Studio Pilot

We build the visual layer for your product and its launch.

This includes identity-consistent launch graphics, one UGC-style ad variant, and one launch reel. Before the reel ships, it goes through our virality predictor. We look at hook strength, pacing, and attention signals. We'd rather fix a weak reel before it goes out than analyse a poor performer after.

We're being honest that this pillar is in its pilot stage. We're completing our first full creative showcase with a partner right now. Until that showcase is done, this pillar is priced and presented accordingly. When it's done, we'll update the language.

Pillar 3

Proof Engine

We operate your Whop listing. That means: writing the listing copy, building the full listing-image set (cover, benefit card, what's-inside graphic), writing the 14-day story sequence, the sales page copy, and the email sequence.

Why Whop specifically? The 70/30 split executes automatically at checkout. You never invoice us. You never chase us. The money splits itself. That's not a convenience feature. It's how the partnership stays clean at scale. No accounting between us. No payment delays.

You keep 70%. We keep 30%. Both sides earn when the product sells. That's the whole alignment.

What the validation report contains.

You get this before we build anything. If the math says no, your $297 comes back in full and the report is yours to keep.

Validation Report Pre-build

01

40-point niche score

Scored across four axes: pain, trend, purchasing power, and speed to result. Your total out of 40, with your score on each axis shown. You see exactly where your niche is strong and where the ceiling is.

02

30+ competitor price ladder

Real products in your niche, at their real prices, with their real positioning. We're looking for the gap: what's missing, what's over-served, where your audience is underserved.

General fitness habit guides $9-$19 Over-served
Niche-specific training protocols $27-$49 Gap identified
Comprehensive programs $97-$197 Premium tier

03

Revenue projection bands

Built from your specific follower count and engagement rate. Three scenarios: conservative, mid, and stretch. The assumptions are shown for each. These are estimates, not promises. We tell you which assumptions carry the most uncertainty.

Conserv. $320-$480/mo
Assumes 0.08% conversion, 50k followers
Mid $800-$1,400/mo
Assumes 0.15% conversion, active launch
Stretch $2,200-$3,800/mo
Assumes consistent content + launch sequence

Our go/no-go recommendation

If the score and the competitive landscape say yes, we tell you yes and we build. If they say no, we tell you no. We include the specific reason. You keep the report either way.

Your whole job. Written out.

We ask a lot of questions. You answer them in voice notes. Talk for a few minutes while you're on a walk, or between sets. No script. No studio. Just you talking about what you know.

We have one call. It's about your audience, not about onboarding. It lasts under an hour.

You review the drafts we send. You give us feedback. Normal back-and-forth.

You post the launch content we write for you. We give you the copy. You put your face to it.

That's it.

Expect 2 to 3 hours total, spread across the month. Thorough feedback is what pushes it toward 3.

You keep posting. We build the product. We list it. We operate it. You earn the split.

Questions we get before people apply.

No. Here's how it actually works. AI does the heavy lifting on research and first-draft production. The math gates the quality: we run niche profitability and competitor scans before a word gets written. A human approves every word before it goes to you. And it sounds like you because it's built from your voice, not from a prompt that starts with "write a fitness ebook."

The fact-check pass matters here. Every claim in the product gets labelled HIGH, MED, or LOW confidence against cited sources. Low-confidence claims get revised or cut. Generic AI content doesn't do that. Ours does.

Voice notes answering our questions. One call, under an hour. Feedback on drafts. Post the launch content we write for you.

Expect 2 to 3 hours total. That's it.

We send you the validation report before we build anything. If the niche scores below our threshold, we tell you, and you see exactly why in the report: competitive landscape, price ceiling, or an audience size that doesn't support the projection.

If that happens, your $297 comes back in full and the report is yours to keep. We'd rather refund a setup fee than build a product into a niche where the math doesn't work. We only earn when you earn. That keeps us honest.

For partnerships, Whop is the only platform we use. The 70/30 split executes automatically at checkout. You never invoice us. You never chase us. The money splits itself.

That's not a convenience feature. It's how the partnership stays clean at scale. No accounting between us. No payment delays.

CreatorsForge has its own products listed on other platforms. Partners are Whop-only.

You do. The intellectual property is yours. We built it, we list it, we operate it, but the product belongs to the creator it was built for. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, that's a conversation, not a barrier.

We don't know yet, and we won't guess. What we do know is what the validation report will tell us: your niche's realistic price range, what competing products sell for, and a revenue projection based on your actual audience size and engagement rate.

That projection comes with the assumptions shown. It's not a promise. It's a model. The model will be wrong in specific ways, and we'll tell you which assumptions carry the most uncertainty. That's what the validation step is for.
