What this page covers
These terms apply to creatorsforge.co and any partnership agreement entered into through it. By using this site or applying for a partner slot, you agree to these terms.
The partnership
CreatorsForge offers a done-for-you digital product service for creators. The specific deliverables and commercial terms for each partnership are set out in the application and onboarding process. These terms govern the general relationship.
The $297 setup fee is charged on acceptance of a partnership. It is credited in full against your first revenue at Whop checkout. If your niche validation score falls below our threshold, the $297 is refunded in full and the validation report is yours to keep.
The 70/30 split
For all products we build and list on your Whop account, the revenue split is 70% to you and 30% to CreatorsForge. This split executes automatically at Whop checkout. You do not invoice us. We do not invoice you. The platform handles the accounting.
Intellectual property
The digital product we build for you, including all written content, graphics, and listing materials, belongs to you. CreatorsForge retains no ownership over the product once delivered. We retain ownership of our proprietary systems, templates, methodologies, and the production engine itself.
You grant CreatorsForge a non-exclusive right to reference your product (without identifying you by name, unless you consent) as proof of the system working, for our own marketing purposes.
The 30-day ship guarantee
We guarantee your product is built and listed within 30 days of your materials (voice notes, brand assets, and completed onboarding) landing with us. If we miss that window through no fault of yours, we continue working at no additional cost until the product is live.
The guarantee does not apply where delays are caused by your non-response, incomplete materials, or repeated revision cycles beyond the agreed scope.
No income guarantee
We make no promise about revenue, sales, or income from any product we build. Revenue projections provided during validation are estimates only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Income figures vary by niche, audience size, engagement, and factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
CreatorsForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or any partnership. Our total direct liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Things you agree not to do
- Misrepresent the product as entirely self-authored where doing so would be misleading to your audience.
- Use the validation report or any CreatorsForge deliverable to brief a competing service.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our production systems or methodologies.
Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership before the product ships. If you terminate after the validation stage passes and build has begun, the $297 setup fee is non-refundable but the work completed to that point is yours. If we terminate for reasons within our control, any fees paid are refunded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms if the offer or structure changes. The date at the top moves when we do. Active partners will be notified of material changes by email.
